How We Work Together
This page speaks to the individual leader. Organizations exploring coaching or leadership development for their people will find the right starting point on the For Organizations page.
The work is shaped by context, not programs. I partner with leaders during moments that carry real weight, when decisions are complex, expectations are high, and clarity matters more than speed. Engagements are tailored, grounded in discretion, and designed to support thoughtful, intentional action rather than quick fixes.
Most engagements begin with a conversation to understand what you are navigating and whether working together would be helpful.
Ways We May Work Together
Every engagement is shaped by what you are navigating. The options below reflect the most common ways leaders choose to work with Essora, though the work itself is always tailored to your context and goals.
01
Executive Coaching
For senior leaders navigating transition, expanded responsibility, or high-stakes decisions. A confidential, reflective space to slow down thinking, clarify priorities, and decide with intention, especially when the answers are not obvious and the consequences matter.
02
Leadership Advisory
For leaders seeking a thinking partner as they work through complexity, organizational dynamics, or pivotal decisions. Advisory work focuses on perspective, discernment, and decision-making in context.
03
Transitions and Role Change
For leaders moving into, out of, or through significant professional transitions, including role changes, succession moments, or periods of reassessment where clarity, confidence, and grounded action are essential.
05
What to Expect
Engagements are individualized and typically evolve over time as context changes.
-
A grounded, confidential space.
-
Thoughtful challenge without pressure.
-
Clear thinking in moments of complexity.
-
Practical movement without urgency.
04
A note on tools and assessments
When helpful, I integrate well-established leadership and development assessments to support reflection, insight, and decision-making. Tools are always used selectively and in service of the client’s context, not as a substitute for the leader’s own thinking. Assessments include MBTI, Strong, HBDI, the Leadership Circle 360, and others as appropriate.
