About
Celeste Robledo is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with two decades of experience supporting senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, and high-stakes responsibility.
She works with C-suite executives, high-potential leaders, and professionals in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, helping them gain clarity, decide with intention, and lead with steadiness when decisions carry real consequence.

After two decades supporting leaders across the New York metro area, Celeste is expanding her practice to South Florida, while continuing to work with clients globally in English and Spanish.
Before launching Essora, Celeste held leadership and advisory roles at PwC and Citizens Bank, where she partnered closely with senior leaders across complex organizations and built and led a national executive coaching program. Her work is informed by deep organizational context, lived leadership experience, and a human-centered coaching approach that balances reflection with decisive action. That background means she understands not only how to coach a leader, but how coaching and leadership development work inside a large organization.
She is known for creating a space that is both grounded and rigorous, where leaders can slow down their thinking, explore what truly matters, and move forward with confidence and intention. She believes clarity is not about having all the answers, but about making better decisions when it matters most.
When helpful, Celeste integrates well-established leadership and development assessments to support insight and decision-making, always using tools selectively and in service of the client’s context.
